About Cherith Newman

Cherith Newman has always been singing! She even told her Kindergarten teacher she wanted to be a singer when she grew up. In middle school, she had the opportunity to be mentored under her youth pastor's wife as a worship leader. In high school, she led worship for her youth group with a full band! After high school, Cherith went to Hillsong Leadership College in Sydney, Australia to study Worship and Creative Arts. After graduating at Hillsong, she came back home to Texas.

Cherith has served as a worship pastor, volunteer worship team member, worship coordinator, and led worship for many retreats and events.

Cherith has been married to her best friend, Cole, for 19 years. She is the mother to 6 amazing children! She spends most of her time homeschooling her children and running a household of 8. She is also the worship coordinator/leader for her church, Remnant Church in Abilene. You can find her original music on Apple Music and Spotify.
